Hi all,
My name is Leilani. I live in norcal and I am 36. working on losing 40-something pounds. I started at 220 now down to 216. I try not to think of an end weight target goal. Just getting down to 190 and keeping it off would be great. But, if I could get to 160 or less, I might have to pay up on a few bets. haha I'm trying!
I have been running for the first time ever and I think I like it. I don't like the running but I like the feeling after running. I have been running for about 6 weeks and kicked the diet into action a week ago because exercise wasn't enough. I am following the Hal Higdon 10k training program as much as time permits. Friend me to link up on training, exercise plans, fitness, food, etc!
