For anyone that did the Easter Challenge or any Challenge ... If you changed a few habits, learned a few things, were able to get into a flow, drank a few more glasses of water than normal - you won.
You started a new lifestyle. Doing that means a change for the better. Never let the scale get the best of you.
1. Do you feel better?
2. Do you like yourself for doing this for yourself?
3. Are you moving more, getting out, even if it just around the block?
4. Did you find a new recipe that helps you along the way?

I'm in! I definitely need to lose at least 20lbs by summer...my doctor wants to see a decrease in my cholesterol and blood pressure by then, and I would love to weigh in much lighter than I did at my last appointment. Good Luck everyone!0

This challenge is ideal for me as it is my official hen do on July 4th and I get married on July 24th so If I can lose at least 20lbs by then I will be chuffed!! Ideally I'd like to lose 30lbs by July 24th,

I didn't see an Easter challenge in time, but I have lost 15.6 lbs since my birthday (Feb 7), and hopefully another 4.6 by April 4 (my baby's 3rd birthday). That will put me right on track to start this challenge.
However, with a little luck, I will be able to keep with the weight loss track that I've been on, and be closer to 30 lbs lost by then. I'm seriously motivated to lose weight because I've been doing so well lately, and I have family coming to visit in mid June.0
