Am I supposed to log my walking (3-4mph) on the mfp app if I'm using the fitbit? How does this work?

    Short answer: No.

Longer answer: Read the FAQ in the stickies for this group that heybales wrote. It's chock full of great information.

No need to log any step-based activity—your Fitbit is already tracking it for you. Non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) can be logged either in Fitbit or in MFP—never both.

Exercise logged in MFP overwrites your Fitbit burn during that time, so I log in Fitbit. It'll take trial & error to see which you prefer.
