Calculating Calories for Program workouts

I'm just getting back into using MyFitnessPal after realizing all of the new updates that make it easier to add in your recipes. But when I went to add in my exercise it doesn't calculate calories burned for strength training exercises. I'm currently doing P90 and am on B. Today I did Sculpt B and would like to add that but don't know how many calories I burned doing it. I've also done PiYo, Focus T25, 21 Day Fix and have 21 Day Fix Extreme and Chalene Extreme to do next. Would like to be able to calculate my calories for each workout so they are easy to add every day as I do them. Any help in this area? I tried just adding some of the strength exercise moves they do in Sculpt B but that still didn't add calories burned to my daily diary and I know Tony Horton made me burn some calories today lol.

Its impossible to calculate calories burned during strength training from what I've heard, at best you can use a hr monitor and enter it as cardio, but even that's not accurate

For Insanity (example) I did the provided calculation and just told myfitnesspal how many calories I was going to eat and what percentage (carbs, protein, fat) and instead of it thinking Iwas going to over eat, it is still providing me what my weight should look like in 5 weeks. Seems legit
