My goal is to get back down to my starting weight for this challenge...lol. I can do it hopefully. It will be hard with everything I have planned this week but Im going to try.
This weeks goals
1. LOG EVERYTHING! (my slacking has been my downfall)
2. Drink 10 glasses of water
3. Prep for P90x (starting that next challenge)
4. Cut back on overly processed foods (no more frozen pizza dinners)

Heh, me too. Actually if I'd logged yesterday I'd have a (tiny) loss, but I want to motivate myself to try and lose this week, so I logged the fluctuation up today.
This week I'm going to cut out all non planned food, stick to my workout schedule, and log perfectly. Logging is going to be challenging at times especially Saturday night as I have a post Easter Vigil potluck/party that I always go to, but it's been my guessing and ignoring the occasional bites and so on that are killing me so long as I'm keeping so slim a deficit as I've been trying for.
I'm also going to try to consistently come in 100 calories below my current goal, so as to make the deficit less narrow.0 -
My goal for this week, the final week, is to walk at least 5 miles a day and drink at least 10 cups of water each day. I am also going to stay below my calorie goal. I need to lose .5 of a pound to make my goal. It would be great if I could lose a little more to get me closer to the 170's, but I will be happy with any loss!0

I just got back down as of this morning lol. The last bit of this super rough winter has been tough on me (forced to stay inside and grumpy). I'm hoping that by final weigh in I will hit 149, and at least breech the 140's.0 -
Only lost half of my goal for this challenge but eating better and logging.
This week
1.be under net calories every day
2. Lose 1.5 pounds
3. Plan work day food better....0 -
I too need to get back to where I was! I doubt I can this weekend with all that's going on - lots of deliciousness, mostly quite healthy, except for the sugar, my obsession. If I can get back to drinking at least 10 glasses of water a day, I will feel accomplished. And while I have not been cycling as is my norm, I am staying pretty busy and lightly active at least. Best wishes to all!0
