How Do I Fix A GPS Error In An Activity?

I recently got a Charge HR and have been using it and the Android app to track my walks like I used to with RunKeeper.
For the most part, this has worked very well, however, this morning, it bugged and thought that I went to a point an additional mile or two away and back, severely affecting the accuracy of the mileage, steps, and walk in general.
On RunKeeper, if something like this happened, I could go in on the website and fix any GPS inaccuracies by editing the activity and moving points around on the map and it adjusts its other information (pace, calories, etc) accordingly. Is there a similar thing for the Fitbit? Or will the device correct it when it syncs and registers about half as many steps? I didn't see anything other than deleting the activity, which I don't want to do, either, if I don't have to.

I'm sure nothing auto could happen, as that would mean it knows part of the recorded walk was wrong.
I'm betting Fitbit doesn't have ability to grab and move location points to correct the data, and recalc the distance and calorie burn.
If you could export the GPX file for that chunk of time, import in to RunKeeper, you could probably do the same corrections to at least see your better distance done.
Then make a manual workout using that distance, same calories as Fitbit already had, and let it adjust the steps to whatever it calcs to using stride length.0
