Mini Challenges!

So, with a good few weeks ahead of us I thought we could all possibly participate in a couple mini challenges just to keep us going! I've listed a few ideas and figured you could all either suggest your own or tell me if there's anything you don't like for whatever reason!? :blush:
  • Burn 1000*: Make it our goal to burn 1000 calories more than we usually do that week. That's walking slowly for 40 minutes (200lb) to 1 hour (127lb) a day. It takes even less time to swim it off, or something even more active. This could easily be 500 calories. *MFP counter.
  • Recipe Challenge: Have a recipe and photos of a healthy meal you made that week including it's calorie content*. *Can be found using the MFP Recipe section.
  • Possibly having Soup Saturdays, Meat-free Mondays, etc. to inspire us to eat more variety.
