TGIF!
I hit my goals yesterday. I was able to get outside for my run and it felt amazing! I hit a new PR for my mile split times. Last year, my fastest time was 11:17 per mile. Yesterday I was 10:38 per mile. Not super fast, but I'm hoping to break that 10 minute mile mark soon!
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. swim

I'm at the beach on a mini getaway with family. I am being vigilant about my food intake but enjoying myself at the same time.
My goals for today...
1. Stay under my calorie goal.
2. Get 10,000 steps
3. Walk the beach!

Good morning everyone!!!
Yesterday was a fantastic rest day but to make it through ok I had to take a nap. I felt so much better afterwards
It's a somewhat exiting time in my fitness journey this weekend and I will try my best to really enjoy the moments. I feel like I'm always preaching to everyone to enjoy the process and take happiness from the little victories along the way. I however feel like I've been saving all my happiness in a bottle and I'm scared it will go stale at some point... It's time to pop that bottle and be truly happy. I'm 5.5, 185lb and a size 10 and I'm happy )
Also, since I decided to focus on fat loss for the next 2 months I'm going to do it better this time around: I'm going to up my calories until I find my true TDEE. Once I get there, I can calculate a good deficit and follow it. I will keep you guys in the loop about my little experiment:)
Today I'm training like a beast!!!

Met all my goals yesterday and I'm feeling good about it. Last night when I got home from my crazy busy day and was eating dinner my grandma asked me how much weight I have lost because she has noticed my face has gotten thinner, so that was nice to hear. Another crazy busy day ahead if me so TGIF for sure!
Goals today:
1. Gym right after school
2. Read some scripture and devote some time to Him today as it is Good Friday
3. Find shoes for my friend's party tomorrow
4. Time permitting wash my car.
