This challenge is coming to a close and I want to thank everyone who has taken this journey. No matter if you lost 1 pound, made the goal of 20 or lost even more, be proud that you stuck with it. Didn't achieve the 20lb, but I'm delighted with 14lb I have lost! Now in the 140s! Looking forward to July 4th challenge and am hoping for further 10lb (or more) to get into the 130s. Thanks for the positive support everyone.0

Just wanted to thank Kayjosh2422 for setting all these group challenges up and motivating sooooo many people to achieve their goals. Well done everyone for all the lb lost and wish you all the best of luck for the next challenge!
Overall, I only managed to lose 10 lb but I'm pretty happy to lose any lbs, I'm still heading in the right direction, right? Looking forward to a happier healthier self this summer0 -

I started the challenge at 196.5 and this morning was 184. I am so happy with the 12.5 lbs I lost as this got me back on track! SLOW and steady wins the race! My goal for the next challenge is 15 lbs by July 4th. (Although if I hit the 20 I wouldn't complain lol)0

Good morning all! My start weight for the challenge was 224.6 and this mornings weight was 207.2 - so my total loss for this challenge is 17.4 lbs. I'll take it! Big congrats to all for all of our losses!0

I didn't reach my goal as hoped because I slipped and regained a lot of weight. Still, I have lost 10 out of 20 lbs.

The extra stress, and unhealthy choices that stress caused, destroyed some of the losses that I had achieved in the previous Christmas Challenge!
I'm going to be getting back on track for the July 4th Challenge!

My goal was 20 pounds and I lost 10 pounds during this challenge. Lost about a dress size too!0

So proud of everyone, no matter the loss or gain!! This challenge was one for me of a different sort. I gained and lost 2 pounds the entire challenge, so nothing exciting except I learned I can maintain with a small effort which always worried me after dropping the weight. I now am ready to throw myself into the July challenge and begin the drop of the last 30. Let's get moving!!0

Great job everyone!
I ended up losing 34 pounds.
Went from size 40 to 36 waist. All XL shirts now fit comfortably. Formalwear from college graduation now fits comfortably.
All 38+ pants and XXL shirts have been donated.
