    I was a little late starting so I will have to make up a couple of miles by the end of the month.

    Thank-you Kab789 That chart is great. If you read the challenge you will find out that she does want you to take 1 day a week off to rest. I usually do this anyway and think its a good idea. I usually take Sunday as my rest day, but I will still post my steps for the day.

    You are welcome, I didn't add the rest day because I was not sure what day I would do the rest on so I just left everyday blank for steps then when I use a rest day I will add it then.
