Starting the 10,000 a day challenge
I was a little late starting so I will have to make up a couple of miles by the end of the month.
April 1 6000/10,000 (3 Mega Miles)
April 2 4000/10,000 (4 mile power walk)
April 3 12000/10000 (4 mile power walk and 2 miles from the 3Mega mile walk)

You are welcome, I didn't add the rest day because I was not sure what day I would do the rest on so I just left everyday blank for steps then when I use a rest day I will add it then.0

Oooh - love the chart, Kab789. I write the # of Leslie Miles on my calendar every day but not which dvd I walked to so this will help me keep it mixed up and interesting. Plus I'll learn from all ya'all! Thank you!

So I'm starting the challenge really late but I'm just gonna start my 30 days from yesterday until May 5!
Do new challenges start each month? Or should I walk on the rest days to make up for the days I've missed?0 -
