I apologize! I keep putting the days wrong! ^ ^;

Anyway our lives are so busy nowadays that we often don't have time to stop and think. So that is what we are gonna try today!

Today's Challenge: meditate for 5 mins

Calm your mind and relax for a bit. It can be very soothing.

    I've been trying to figure out how to get meditation into my day, so this challenge was right up my alley, thanks. :) did just a short one before bed, feels good.
