Hello, everyone! We have done a lot of food oriented challenges this week so we are going to break it up!

Today's Challenge: Try out a new exercise you haven't done before!

    I gave salsa dancing a whirl! Also, I am a terrible salsa dancer. Apparently rhythm helps a lot :D

    Does walking round the house in heels count? It's something I NEVER do, but I need to get used to them for a thing tomorrow night whee I gotta look spiffy. :) And trust me, if you don't normally wear them, it's DEFINITELY a workout! :)
