Hello, everyone! We have done a lot of food oriented challenges this week so we are going to break it up!

Does walking round the house in heels count? It's something I NEVER do, but I need to get used to them for a thing tomorrow night whee I gotta look spiffy.
And trust me, if you don't normally wear them, it's DEFINITELY a workout!
