30 day shred.

I have just completed day 1 of level 1 of '30 day shred' and I'll tell you what for somebody that goes to the gym 3-4 times a week I found myself sweating after the first 10 minutes, I will definitely keep up with it along with my regular gym schedule.
Keep up the hard work to everyone else :smile:

    Good for you! I did the whole thing and lost 10 pounds and a bunch of inches...you'll definitely get good results, but yeah you'll work hard for it ;-)

    30 day shred will kick your butt! I like it a lot but I haven't done it in over a year. I need to get back on it!

    I did it for the first time this morning and had to take a break during the second set. :-/ Finished the first and third sets though. Gonna try again tomorrow.
