    Checking in about my goals for the week:

    1) Log food accurately, every day--DONE!
    2) Exercise for at least 30 minutes/day, Mon-Sat--Averaged 76 minutes/day!
    3) Celebrate refocusing on my health--Had an Iron Chef watching/tapas eating party with my best friend:)

    And, today, I rest. Ahhh... Tomorrow, I'll get working on some new goals.

    I got my 50 miles in - on the dot which was a major feat because I even rode late at night after waiting tables for 6+ hours in the evening on Friday and Saturday. Didn't want to fall short on that Week One. Thanks for the motivation, friends, by just being here! I fell short on my water on both Fri and Sat -- too busy at work to sip water even. That's rather fortunate in a couple of ways -- 1. it means we've got a good crowd, not bad for our teeny tiny little restaurant that could, and 2. it means I wasn't desperate to go pee every half hour or so. Haha! And the food logging goal ... well, I did it, though a bit haphazardly, and while eating treats with abandon. Still must work on that. Ahh, well...

    Best of luck to everyone as we enter Week Two of our challenge! Go, us!!!

    End of week for me:
    I was able to hit 10k steps 5/7 days
    I got my 5 fruits and veggies in 7/7 days, yay!!

    I didn't do so well, so am just moving on to this week. ;-)
