April 17th Daily goals

Morning all. Hopefully you are having a nicer day then the rainyness that I am dealing with. I wanted to go for a run after work but mother nature seems to have other ideas. Hopefully it clears up enough to go.

I did good on most of my goals from yesterday. Except for eating. I ate almost nothing until I got home last night and then made myself an egg and cheese sandwich followed by some strawberries with nutella. I was still under calories but everything was all right before bed :(

Todays goals:
1. eat regular meals
2. drink plenty of water
3. go for a run (if mother nature wants to play nice)

    Yesterday's Goals
    1) Exercise - walked @ lunch & evening (gym was packed) - :)
    2) Drink 10/8oz of water - :)
    3) Walk 10,000 or more steps - 12530 = 5 miles for me - :)
    4) Make menu for the week - doing it on a daily basis the night before - :)
    5) Try and not let the little things bother me to much - smile @ work! - :smile:

    Today's Goals
    1) Exercise - walk at lunch & dance tonight (going to an 80s theme fundraiser)
    2) Drink 10/8oz of water
    3) Walk 10,000 or more steps
    4) Make menu for the week - doing it on a daily basis the night before
    5) Try and not let the little things bother me to much - smile @ work!

    So yesterday I wanted to walk, but it slipped away from me during the demands of the day :( I also got so busy in the afternoon at work that I did not drink my afternoon water.

    1. Drink my water
    2. Walk at work
    3. Do not eat all of the vegan Ice cream that I bought yesterday
    4. Eat slower
    5. Be peaceful
