When you lift heavy what are you saying to yourself when you lift?
some of mine for high bar squats are:
heels and hips
chest up
strong core
elbows locked
I should be squatting 1000 lbs.

All mine involve a good bit of cursing the nicest being "you got this *kitten*!"0 -
