Daily Goals 4/21

Hope y'all don't mind me starting this today. 
Yesterday's Goals
1) Exercise - at home
2) Drink 10/8oz of water -
3) Walk 12,500 = 5miles for me - 9,606 steps
gotta keep chugging a long.
4) Make menu for the week - doing it on a daily basis the night before -
5) Enjoy the weather whatever it ends up being -
6) Not let the Little League mom's get on my nerves... this one is the hardest! - practice was cancelled due to rain. -
Today's Goals
1) Exercise - hit the gym. Wanted to go walk a 2 mile trail by the lake, its raining so I might stay inside today.
2) Drink 10/8oz of water
3) Walk 12,500 = 5miles for me - try and get to this goal
4) Make menu for the week - doing it on a daily basis the night before
5) Enjoy the weather whatever it ends up being - raining today
6) Smile at my co-workers and stay positive!

I lost my fitbit. Somewhere in the house. it is syncing, but it is syncing no matter what floor I am in. I know it is in house, just have to keep searching. Trying to trace my steps from yesterday.0

3. get to gym and do Barre Fitness and Zumba....0 -
Janelle - hope you find it quickly. I know how annoying that is when you misplace it.

1. no late night snacking
2. get in my normal 3 walks at the rescue
