Hey everyone,

I'm so glad I finally gotten over my cold and got back in to my usual routine this week. Some of my workouts could have been better but I'm proud of myself for at least attempting them and doing my best. Did a fun zumba workout this morning, and this afternoon after work I'm going to the park for my run. It's a beautifully cool sunny day, not too hot and not too cool, just perfect for a run.

Have a good day every one.

Glad you are feeling better Kris!

I did 100 flights of stairs up and down and 200 squats last night before I went to bed. I slept really good. And I made a Tomato Lentil soup (with turnips, carrots, celery and onion) It was delicious.

My beets are up. I am so excited. I need to plant more in a week or so. That way I will have beets even longer. My favorite thing is pickled beets. Love them on my salads. I've been out for a while. The tomatoes are really thriving and growing so fast. Cucumbers are climbing up the trellis. I have to replant my peppers. They were not peppers. Turned out to be basil. lol I should have know by the seeds but I guess I wasn't paying attention. When they sprouted, I thought those are funny looking peppers. Zucchinis and pumpkins are doing well. The broccoli not as well. And the cantelope is just waiting to go in the front yard. They love to grow onto the warm walkway. Still have to plant the carrots and parsnips. Just not enough time in the day. In fact, time to leave for work.

Have a wonderful day everyone. Hope you are fulfilling all you dreams and goals.

When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems you could not hang on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn.

Hi All!! Recent connectivity issues with my "smart" phone have kept me from being able to log into the blog, but that's all worked out now!

I've been catching up on the entries I missed and I have to say Isabelle, your update blew me away.
"Of course, it's not as impressive as HUGE weight loss but I was still surprised to see the difference."
Girly, TWENTY POUNDS IS A HUGE WEIGHT LOSS!!!! You look incredible, saggy underwear and all  As someone who just reached her 21 lb. benchmark (and has more than that left to go) I can assure you that 20 is a HUGE number! I'm celebrating every 1/2 lb. at this point to keep my eye on the finish line. Don't let society tell you that because you haven't lost 50 or 100 lbs that you haven't accomplished something incredible!

Everyone, have an incredible day, stay strong, stay focused, stay BEAUTIFUL!!!
