MEGA cramps- workout or no?

title says it all. Aunt Flo with a VENGENCE! Workout or don't work out? I don't want to hinder progress But Oy pain!

Do it if you can. Exercise can help ease cramps. But, I know with me, I feel very weak the first few days of my cycle, so don't be afraid of taking it a little easy.0

Definitely do it. You may have to take it lighter, but working out always helps my cramps go away.0

Thanks girls. I did work out. Normal SL 5x5 but lighter cardio and no isolation weights. Still did 50 min and 321 calories so I'll take it. I do feel better now too...not sure that was the workout or the hot bath I took after lol0
