I have seen this change throughout the day, from over to under and back. When I log the whole day's meal in the morning, it will show over as it thinks I have already eaten those calories, and as the day goes on, it goes down. It appears as it also predicts "at rest" calories that will be burned. But its real purpose.......keep me occupied trying to figure out what it really does and try to explain its purpose to someone else0

When u add exercise it gives you more calories0
