I have recently started marathon training for a race in October. I want to incorporate PiYo with my training. Any thoughts on how I should go about this. Do I just follow the PiYo calender or should I modify it? Thanks. :D

What does your marathon training include? If the emphasis is on cardio then I would suggest following the PiYo Strength calendar to get some strength training. However, if your training already includes both, then the regular schedule would be good. Either schedule builds flexibility and strength. Don't let the first workout (Align) define the rest of the DVDs. It's more of an introduction and not indicative of how challenging the later workouts are.

I am using the Hildgo training program, so all cardio. I will definitely focus on the PiYo Strenght calendar then. Thank you so much for your advice!

I know HH normally incorporates some cross training in the schedule so I would use this on those days.
