Hello everyone, So how did we do for April. I didnt get to where I wanted to be was 3lb off target grrr, But im iv got 1 week and 4 days to loose 4lb to get under 17 stone for my birthday lol.
My target for May is going to be to try and loose 10lb and to exercise a bit more as well.

I'm aiming for 300 miles on the bike and running during May as well as continuing maintenance without logging food. (So far, so good!)0

I've plateaued a bit..but fitness is improving...am on week 6 of a 10 k plan...good luck for May0

started doing keto, gonna do it for a month and see how it goes0
