In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! B)<3

Oh boy. I feel like I'm in rehab making those connections again about pitfalls that you encounter in staying green. I went out (big challenge) and underestimated calories + overestimated my walking.

    I did track (600 over)
And I'm checking in (a bit whinily!)

Forestrose I heard new info about water in a class recently. And I'm happy to report it seems less critical than before. I will see about the research and send it to you.

Well I made it. I'm checking in LOL. 26 mins to go.

But I didn't track. I did walk and I didn't snack too much. But that is not what I meant to do.

    Tomorrow I will do both!!

Stay strong. And forestrose I see you are removing obstacles to keep going strong on what you need to. You go!

    Good morning!
Well, I have to admit that regardless of my good intentions, my food and drink choices have not been the best while playing with my friend who is visiting, but I did get an awesome hike in yesterday on Mount Lemmon (where it is cooler than the 96 degrees in Tucson). I'm not going to worry about this weekend, though. After dealing with the loss of two friends recently and then not knowing all this past week whether my former husband and my son's father was lost in the avalanche on Mount Everest, I REALLY need some time out for fun with a good friend with no worries ! I'll jump back on the wagon Monday :)

Hope you all are enjoying your Sunday <3

    -Susan
