Group Side Goal Week 4

Goodness, is it possible that we are halfway through our challenge? Wow! We are closing in on 1,000 collective miles recorded on our spreadsheet. Hooray for us! Last week we clocked only 241.59 miles, a good drop from the previous two weeks. Let's all try to step it up this week, and document our miles, however they might be measured, on our spreadsheet. Let's get our group back into the 300+ miles per week range. We can do it! I understand that sometimes it's tough to get in our workouts for countless reasons, and that some of us are sweating away in other workouts that are not measured by the mile. I for one missed my Tuesday ride and will be challenged to work in a ride on Friday and Saturday due to my work schedule. But ... I will get in my minimum weekly commitment of 50 miles, just 11.1 more to go! What can you commit to this week?

    I will have completed 10 miles by the end of the day. I am off this weekend so I commit to another 10 miles.

    I didn't get on my bike at all last week my miles were just walking the dogs . but i'm back in the saddle this week .

    I was doing great till i slacked off over the weekend. I did get some walking in but i neglected to track them so i am not sure what i lost out on. I know it wasn't a lot but it all ads up. Anyhow, i plan to up it this next week. The following week though i will have a couple down days due to minor female surgery.

    Ive been slacking the last week. I need to really refocus and commit. Sunday since it was so nice I got in a two mile walk while I was waiting on the washer in the laundromat I got in a 2 mile walk.

    Until recently, I wasn't using an app to track my miles walked, it was often just walked around the mall for 30 mins. I do have biking miles I can add though! I'll try to look at it tonight. I'm not riding everyday, but I'm up to 5.5 or 6 miles when I do ride!
