Jason Seib's Fat Loss Directive

I think everyone should get this free Fat Loss Directive eBook from Jason Seib. This is the basis of his and Sarah Fragoso's Jassa Method (which I also highly recommend, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, but it has a cost, this is free.)
Jason's book, The Paleo Coach, changed my life. It changed how I approached fat loss, it changed how I dealt with stress, it helped me heal. I wished I'd had these 20 tips and the Jassa Method a year ago, as I had to figure much of the details out on my own. Yes, I also follow the CarbNite framework - but within Jason's guidelines. He helped me get right with food. Right with exercise. To get off the merry go round of yo yo dieting. To make consistent steady (tho' admittedly slow) downward fat loss progress. I have had great body composition changes without starving myself. Without agonizing over food. Eating really more than I ever have while dieting and working out far far less.

Thanks so much for this Kim! As I'm just re-starting my commitment to a healthy life this is giving me great places to go... starting with walking more!
I know the stress thing is huge... and it's also why I quit my job of 9 years just two months ago and started working closer to home in a staff, not managerial role. I also starting working on sleep about 4.5 months ago. I figured if I couldn't get my diet in check, I needed to start somewhere0 -
Concur Kim great info very useful. Been following Jason and Sarah for about 15 mo, in my view they are the most grounded of the trainers teaching for good health.0

I'm looking forward to when I can use this. I like these guys. I still have to start the primal blueprint John. Right now I'm just trying not to stress over all the different things that I have to read and summarize and write about. None of them have to do with diet and exercise.:(
But someday I will have time to read this!! And I'll be grateful to have the link here. Thank you Kim!!!0 -
Thanks! Every bit of info helps, and I like their podcast.0
