-4.4lb Not quite sure how as actually had a bad week!
I've recently changed from st to lb so possible conversion changes in MFP were abit off, or water weight.
Either way. I'm 4.4lb lighter than I was logged at last monday so all good
Brings my Total Challenge Loss to -9.6lb
Half way there!
Good luck all.0 -
Week 1: 165lbs
Week 5: 163lbs
Not as much progress as I would like, but I'm finally feeling motivated! Hopefully I'll see more than a 1 pound loss for next Monday. I've been doing 30 day shred for a week now, it kicks my butt, but I really feel like it's working!!0 -

Only 1lb lost this week despite additional cardio exercise routine. It's still a win for me though. Little progress is better than nothing.0 -
Same as start weight because I have just been eating better and exercising more....but I should know better by now that it just won't work for me. So, despite a few bad food choices I did log all my food and exercise for the day....back on track!0

To Goal: 5.2kg (11.4lbs)
I gained .1 kg (.2lbs), which is very frustrating - missed my 62kg goal... I know why, though! I have been eating junk food (still), as if it's my last day on earth. I have since recomped using http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/. HOPEFULLY using this new recomp AND working out I will lose the last 5kg. Although, the recomp suggested I lose another 7kg, I don't think I want to do that.... I could try, but not for this challenge.0 -

It should have been more if I had behaved myself better on my business trip this round. Even so, I'm still down a little and getting back to my routine now. No foreseen business trips for at least a month, thank goodness.

Hi Everyone,
I lost 1 lb this week. That brings my overall total to 50 lbs - woot! woot! My other good news this week is that, after 15 years, my doctor took me off blood pressure medication - double woot! woot! I started this process telling myself it was for my health but, the reality is, my primary motivation was to look better. It's not until you truly experience FEELING GOOD that you discover health really is a motivating factor. I know I look better and I'm wearing smaller sizes (finally out of plus sizes) but going through the entire day without joint pain, doing what I want to do, walking up hills and stairs without being out of breath, not needing a nap in the middle of the day - it's all worth a million bucks!!!!
Here are my stats:
OSW: 230 lbs
UGW: 140 lbs
SW for this Challenge: 182 lbs
GW for this Challenge: 162 lbs
CW: 180 lbs
Weight lost in this Challenge: 2 lbs
Weight remaining to lose in this Challenge: 18 lbs
Have a great week, everyone.0 -

I didn't lose any weight. I cooked a lot of meals this week but I had pizza twice. I did a cheat meal last night cause I was commuting for 4 hours after work to pick up art. I should of just gotten pizza with a diet coke. No I got a regular coke and snickers icecream. I only fit in two days of working out. This week I'm going to do calorie count every day.0 -
Gained a pound this week due to several family events including hubby's birthday party. It wasn't so much the food, it was the drink, I think, LOL!
