SL 5x5 is my new challenge!

I got back into working out regularly again in July 2014 with HIIT cardio and weight training- nearly 10 months later, and 13kg lighter- having gone from a UK12 to a UK4, I'm ready for a new challenge. With my workouts gradually moving more and more towards strength and flexibilty training, I figured it was time to try the SL 5x5 programme. So I started today!
