Today I ate out for the first time since giving up diet coke. I refilled my tiny little water cup several times 
. I missed the taste of coke while I was eating, but felt good that I stuck to my goal.
How was your day? How do you handle eating at restaurants without giving in to the urge for a coke?

I always order water at a restaurant so I have no problem here. Whewwww thank goodness. Still soda free0
