Stronglifts and Bootcamp?

Hi Ladies! I was really interested in starting Stronglifts, but I have a question. I currently do a boot camp 3x a week. It is a lot of cardio and body weight movements, but kettle bells and dumbbells are often worked in as well. I had wanted to modify SL and only do it 2xs a week (I know progress will come more slowly) and continue going to boot camp, but now I am second guessing myself. Do you think I will be giving my body enough time to rest and recover? Is it worth doing SL if I can only do it 2x a week? Thanks!!

SL can be done 2-3 times a week and still be effective.
You probably will be hindering your recovery some if you try to do boot camp and SL. That doesn't mean you can't do it, but it wouldn't be the best combo of workouts. I would probably personally do both 2x a week and call it good, then work in some light cardio or stretching/yoga/mobility work on another 1-2 days. Something like this it what comes to mind:
Mon: SL
Tues: Boot camp
Wed: yoga/stretching/light cardio
Thurs: SL
Fri: Boot camp
Sat: yoga/stretching/light cardio
Sun: rest0 -

I think that it probably very good advice. I might try to do boot camp 3x a week while I am ramping up when the weights are lower and see how my body feels and adjust to boot camp 2x a week when it feels necessary. Thanks!0
