Disconnect it and then reconnect it. Tis worked for me as a short term fix. http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1970451--members-may-experience-some-steps-issues-5-5-5-7- seems like they are having problems0

Me too, tried the help section. Done manual add of cardiovascular that sync from myfitness to fitbit. Still no steps added. Tried to unlink and relink didn't work.0

Disconnecting and reconnecting worked for me, for now!! Yay I can now eat. :-)0

Just had an email from support to say they are aware of problems and hope to have it fixed in the next 48 hours.
