OMG I hit goal today!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually 3lbs under, 173 was the target to hit a "normal" BMI and I am 170 today. I'm so excited and you all have been so wonderful at sharing your experiences. Amazingly it was just a few hundred days ago that I started this journey and signed up for VSGers. I've grown so much and learned from so many of you. Thank you all and I look forward to many more years of sharing and reading!!!!!
