I've just completed my first 10 weeks on MFP and Misfit shine and thought I'd have a look at the data so far. I entered my daily total calorie expenditure (worked out by Misfit) and calorie intake (sync from MFP) into a spreadsheet to work out my daily deficit.
Over the first 10 weeks I have worked up a deficit of 57,696 calories, so if I divide that by 3500 it should give me pounds lost (in theory) = 16.48.
And my actual pounds lost? 17.
I didn't expect it to be accurate! Very pleasing.

That is good to know. I was hoping to find out if it was accurate. I keep hearing people say mfp is generous with exercise points I was wondering if it was the same with misfit.0
