Hi all I'm from Wigan I'm 36 and I've just had a Gastric Sleeve four days ago, looking at groups to share my experience and get diet tips from northerners like myself

    I live in Wigan myself. I'm not on a specific diet at the moment just make smarter choices and keeping myself in a calorie deficit. The app is really useful when logging down foods.
    Once I get my weight down a bit I'll be looking at specific diets.
