In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

    Thanks again Hearts for starting the new week. Love your goals :)

    My goals for this week are to make healthy food choices and to still get in exercise even though the weather will warming up to mid 90's this week. I like to walk the dogs, so I am either going to have to adjust the time of day, or, if I can't, then I need to go to Curves.

    Here's to a successful week for all !

    Oh I see I didn't check in last night. Yesterday was Day 5 Binge Free and the weight is dropping again so that's positive reinforcement for sure.

    I'm feeling a bit flu like but hope to push through it and turn it into only the 48 flu (ha ha can we do that?). It's more a slight cold, chills thing so I might run get some soup and see if I can get out a bit today.. sometimes that helps. Sometimes not. :#

    Keeping on top of my water
    Steering clear of foods that might send me toward 'bingeville'.
    Trying to get extra sleep in to recover more quickly.

    Hello Fellow Warriors, I hope we can all have a good week. thanks to the ladies that kept things up last week. sorry that I wasn't there too much. I did read most of the postings and see lots of positives.

    Hearts- Great work last week and thanks for getting us started. You picked some excellent goals. congrats on 5 but remember it is not about the streak (though that is a good thing). it is about being mindful of your choices and your triggers. progress not perfection. but I see that the lbs are dropping so that should be good motivation. I hope you feel better soon.

    Susan- Great goals, I think they are doable and you have a plan if the walking the dogs doesn't work because of the heat. following through is the tough part but you can do it. have a very successful week.

    My only goals this week is to make as many healthy choices food wise that I can and to get in some exercise.

    Monday Check-in

    Sleep - getting as much in as I can to heal my body.
    Water - same as above. ;)

    Forest, I definitely hear you on counting the days and that they aren't as important as the process. Trying to find that balance and it seems counting early on keeps me focused and excited and less focused on food.

    Susan, you're a Sweetheart and I hope you figure out a way to sneak the dogs into Curves along with you! :D

    Hearts- so sorry to hear you have the flu :/ Wishing you a speedy recovery <3

    Well I walked the doggies earlier yesterday and made healthy food choices, so met my two goals. Only thing is I over ate in the evening, and even though it was with healthy food, I just kept getting more things to eat. I think it's cause I've been consuming more calories for awhile because of my friend visiting and Mother's Day so my appetite has increased. Consequently , I am adding a goal of setting daily calorie goals, reducing each day until I reach my original calorie goal.

    Hearts, I love how you're continuing to work on your days not being binge days. Awesome! Getting enough sleep is challenging. You're working on three great things!

    Susan, it is hot there already. We've been in the 90's here too--but, the low 90's. Good for you for deciding to gradually reduce your daily calorie goal.

    Paulette, I hope your week is alright. That's good that you're working on making smart decisions and choices. That's where it's at.

    This week, I'm going to work on simply staying within my calorie goal.

    Happy Friday all. this is a quiet group but I know if we hang in there others will find there way back.

    Amy- thanks for your support. I hope you were able to stick with your goals as best as you can. progress not perfection.

    Susan- sounds like you are making good progress towards your goals.

    Hearts - keep it going. you have done well this week. keep making those smart choices for yourself.

    I have not done so well yet but I still have a few days left to get to it.

    Went for a drive in the rain and feeling so much better :) The rain does good things for me
