    way to go! Can't wait to get me a little bear family. BTW, I finally hit the 10lb mark and received a message that I should get a email on how to get my bear. I haven't got it yet. that was a week ago. Anyone else have this issue.

    Yep. Never got the email. I called on Friday and asked about it and they're shipping my 20-pound bear to me separate from my BBB that's processing now. That's been the case for both my bears--looks like they don't have the new system down yet. I'd give them a call if I were you.

    I didn't get an e-mail, saw my bear was added to my order. It arrived today!!
