Does anyone know what the suggested macros are for NS? I am on the 1200 "my way" plan. I think my custom MFP settings of 40% protein 20% fat 40% carbs might be out of line with NS and it is throwing me off when I look at the pie chart.

    You don't need to worry about macros with NS. Its all done for you. Just ignore what MFP says. :smile:
