Monday Work Assessment

Challenge: Let's continue the Monday theme of looking for ways to reduce our office and work-time sitting. Alternative Challenge: Walk 30 additional minutes today. You can do it all at once or break it up into smaller chunks if you wish.

    My plans for today is to hit the gym plus afterwards having lunch with my daughter. Hoping we'll have time to hit the park with my grand babies

    My plan for today is to walk the dogs, move what I I need from my office out on the deck (it's a holiday) and do some much needed file cleaning. Later in the day I will finish de cluttering my laundry room.

    I want to put in a plug for Larry Swanson's terrific book, Scared Sitless. If you do most of your sitting at the office and you want to change that, this book is a tremendous resource. Larry really knows his stuff and I'm impressed with the thoroughness of his research.

    I increased my daily steps on my fit bit. The weather is lovely - for a change! So I am walking for 30 minutes at noon.

    It's Victoria Day here in Canada. (Also known as Hiking Day locally) The plan is to take my little ladies for a wee hike! :)

    Doctor's appointment today, so I'll be trying to figure out how to sit less in a series of waiting rooms.

    I am currently at work for the holiday but hopping to start Jillian Michaels 30 day shred after work!

    This is day one for me. I don't sit a lot at work but I could sit less

    Today, I was only able to spend a couple hours at the park w/ grand babies plus we packed a lunch. This Thursday MY LITTLE MAN gets to meet his kindergarten teacher!!! Hard to believe his old enough, lol. This morning, I didn't attend a fitness class but able to get a workout with some Cardio machines!!

    I got in 45 minutes on the treadmill. I hope this counts...especially since last week, I got in zero minutes :wink:
