Well everyone went away this weekend for my birthday to Edinburgh was amazing I ate as much as I wanted and drank as much as I wanted. And while I was there my other half asked me to marry him and I said yes.

Eeeekkkk so now im back on plan will loose the 10lb I put back on and im on a mission to loose my weight for my wedding.

    Thank you, Managed to loose 8 of the 10lb I put on so back on plan now determind to get down to about to 13st/ 182lb so thats a 4st/56lb loss. Do you think thats doable.
