Afternoon UK, how are we all???

Ok , need a bit of help. I purchased a fitbit HR after using a GARMIN forerunner for years. Can anyone give me any tips or add me to your network? The username is Couzzy

I'd be interested to know how you get on with it. I have to monitor my HR and I currently use a body strap and watch. All the articles I've read on the FtiBit HR suggest it is unreliable for that purpose. Thanks.

Is FitBit worthwhile? I'd like a new phone and Tesco are offering a free FitBit with relatively affordable phone.

I probably shouldn't get a phone based on the free gift included in the contract but oh well...:P

Hey folks, sorry for the late response. Have to say i've been using it a week and find it brilliant. in terms of steps its a great way to keep you accountable for the exercise side of things and by adding friends it gives it that a competitive edge. the hr side is very accurate as well. i have a hr monitor (cuffed machine) and the results are pretty much bang on. really recommend it and if any of you go for it then feel free to add me "couzzy"
