Here they are...my free editing software doesn't let me cover as many months at a time, so here are a couple pics. Sorry if they are huge!
I've lost 119 total since I first went to the bariatric seminar and 85 since surgery.
Today, I had my blood work done. I have always had good cholesterol until now! June 2014 it was 159, now I'm at 212! I haven't compared all values to my 3 month workup, but my B12 is pretty high. Very high. I meet with the NP at the practice next week.
Here's my pics! I hate my batwing upper arms, but I know ya'll won't judge.

Yes, I knew it was important. I keep looking for other casual pics to use as before pics, and there aren't many. I either deleted them or took pics to avoid being in them. Now, I take selfies and ask my husband to take pics of me from time to time!!0 -
