Challenge: Enjoy your Saturday but please make it an active one. If your Wednesday plans for the weekend need to be changed, no problem...there are lots of ways to keep moving. Gardening, walking with a friend, checking out a local farmer's market or a bike ride are a few of the many possibilities!
Alternative Challenge: Cook some new healthy dishes you haven't tried before!

Yes i cooked a healthy food khichidi using rice and lentils. Walked 30min. And cardio 10min0

Dancing did happen last night. Farmers' Market and Curves workout this morning ; then cooking up a stew with lots of those fresh veggies from the market. Have a great day.0

I went for a early run plus this afternoon a walk in! Tomorrow, I plan on spending it with my daughter either on some trails, park with the kidlits! If it does rain we're going to hit the children museum.0

Got a 3-mile run in this morning, and was able to run all of my errands this morning. Relaxing for the rest of the day!0
