    Today is a rest day, but I did some stretches that I need to use regularly.

    I was able to get an extremely run in! Also we met our grand babies at the park and found a fabulous trail by the beach. My grandson wanted grandma to have fun going down the slide and swing too, :)

    Took my kid to the park and ran on the equipment with him.

    Today was also my rest day, but I did a lot of household cleaning and walked my and my sister's dog (babysitting this weekend) a few times around the neighborhood. :)

    I walked 1/2 mile after dinner just to stay active.
