    I'm only about a third through my journey, but I'm pleased (relieved!) at the progress to date. I have no before photos at my max weight...I mostly avoided the camera, or deleted them ASAP. I couldn't face them. The day I went ziplining, I was so happy that I'd already lost 16 pounds...and then I saw that picture and wanted to delete it and crawl under a rock. I realize that the body position accentuates all the negatives, but...there it is. With 36# gone now, I'm feeling much better...so much easier to move.
