Hello all!
I'm new to this site and I'm hoping to get healthy, lose some weight and hopefully lessen the symptoms of fibromyalgia. I was diagnosed about 15 years ago, and the older I get, the more severe it has become. I want to get healthy and start living again.

Hi there, I am also new to the site and I was diagnosed with Fibro about 15 years ago. I know that it can be difficult to deal with. I have been working on making myself be more active and some days I do ok and then I end up paying for it the next day. One thing that I have found to help was water aerobics as it is low impact generally and allows me to get a decent range of motion. We have a heated pool at the YMCA which is also helpful.

I totally understand how you feel. There are some days I would just like to cry, I hurt so bad. There's another post in here regarding a low carb diet that helps. You should check that post out.
