I'm a 49 year old married Christian female with a 22 year old daughter. I currently live near Mayfair Mall. I have about 140 pounds to lose. I recently started a low carb eating plan.
I'm looking for someone similar for support and occasional activity (walking, coffee, etc.). Not ready to become a gym rat, just want to start getting out of the house and see where that leads.
