Hope everyone had a good week. I must confess, I feel like a complete failure! I have not been working out, not really trying. I have gained a few pounds, lots them and regained them, for the most part maintained within a few pounds. I don't know why I cannot seem to get my mojo back. I have become my own worst enemy. Today starts a new week and I am determined to get my life back on track! Please send a prayer or positive thoughts my way so I can get back to the mindset I need. I refuse to go back!!!

Why did it only post half of my post? How stupid!

    Anyways.....
    6-1: 148.6
    6-8
    6-15: (goal 145)
    6-22:
    6-29:
    7-4: (Ultimate goal 140!)

I'm only 2 lbs away from my challenge goal weight, so I'm really going to try to get to my ultimate goal weight by the end of this challenge, which is only another 6.5 lbs. I think I can do it...or at least come close.

Not much, but it's better than nothing and last week our department had visitors from overseas and I needed to eat at a restaurant for every meal.

I actually don't want to weigh in still today because of how much I ate yesterday but then, it is already in the middle of the week. I still lose a little though so it is a win this week :) I am hoping to start exercising again later in the evening.

I was at a plateau for about 6 weeks. Totally expected after 10 months... It was really tough to get over and keep going, but I did it! And with today's weigh in, I am no longer obese! I am officially overweight according the BMI scale. That feels great!

Congratulations! That is so awesome! Every victory counts.

My goal for this challenge is to get to the overweight category, I'm still almost 6 lbs away.

I guess a lot of the weight last week must have been water.
My July 4th goal is 5 more lbs.
I think it's possible but I don't like to really aim for more than a lbs a week.
I'd been thinking about an ultimate goal. I wanted to weigh about 155 because I was able to maintain that when I lived in the city. I think for my height I should technically be at 145. I decided to meet it in the middle and do 150 as my ultimate goal. I look back at my numbers and I'm losing weight slowly but if you look back almost two years ago when I got married I was I believe 195 my heaviest. I went to a size 14 in pants. I'm used to being a 10 or 12 naturally. I've had big thighs even when I was little. So good luck this week everyone. We got 4 weeks.
