Goals for June!

Well since most of the month of May was a wash and I did not keep up with my goals, I am going to try again with the same goals I had set for May ....

1.) Drink 98oz of water everyday (6 Bottles/12Cups)**

2.) 10,000 Steps per day***

3.) Be down to my next "Mini-Goal" of 190lbs

    New month, new goals! I like it :smiley:

    1) Increase bench to 100 lbs
    2) Get a daily weight reading below 170 lbs
    3) Continue going to the gym 3-5x a week
    4) Go the gym at least 4x a week 3 times this month

    I twisted an ankle pretty bad a few days ago...so I am super frustrated to say that my workouts are going to be limited, but I can focus on eating healthy.

    Here are my JUNE goals:

    1) Avoid comfort-eating (I tend to give up eating well when I can't work out)
    2) Get a daily weight below 170 lbs (thanks kailadriel - I like that one)
    3) No late night snacking
    4) Drink at least 80 oz of water/ day
    5) Track my food & water daily
    6) 15 mins to focus on core or arms 6 days/wk (will increase when my ankle heals)

    Better late than never.

    I didn't meet my exercise goals last month but I persevere. My goals for the rest of June.

    Continue drinking 8 glasses of water a day
    Exercise 3 times a week

    I can do it!

    1) I want to get out of the 250s
    2) drink half my weight in ounces
    3) 10,000 steps
    4) begin weightlifting
    5) juice three times per week
