This week is the final week of a training plan that has gotten me to run for 30 minutes straight - after 2 years of not being able to run due to injury. This is huge for me and on Sunday I will run a 5k for mothers day.

I can button my uniform shirt. :p When we first got new uniforms I took an L because the XL was back ordered, and I had to wear it open over another shirt. But now I can wear it like a person.

Monday morning there were donuts in the break room at work. I walked right past them and ate my yogurt! Does that count? :)

I have some hidden in a tote from the 80's. So they are vintage now. I need to pull them out for inspiration. Wonderful work doeharris74!

My knees hurt less. And despite having no visible change, I feel a bit more positive. Rather than gaining I am holding steady.
